As part of our values and social mission our studio is inclusive and accessible, with a diverse student base.
We believe yoga and wellbeing should be accessible for all.
In 2024 we launched our social prescribing, this is a service in which you can self refer or be referred by a health practitioner to receive 8 weeks of classes and a 1:1 consultation with one of our professional teachers to support your health and wellbeing.
We currently offer a range of free/donation based weekly community classes
Monday 6:15pm - 7:15pm Free Refugee Yoga
Wednesday 1:30pm - 2:15pm Free Chair Yoga
Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm Free LGBTQ+ & Allies Yoga​​
Sunday 10:00am - 11:00am Community Yoga Class
