Service Description
Our 4 week course offers an introduction to yoga in a safe and friendly environment. In this course we introduce you to breathing techniques (pranayama) to bring calm, explore asanas (postures) to build flexibility and strength. We will practice meditation techniques that aid relaxation and encourage a positive sense of self.
