Service Description

Working with the creative energies of the Spring Equinox, Join Skye for this inspiring workshop. Extracting what you are ready to shed from the Winter so you can receive and make space for what you are creating. Journeying with a fire ritual, cacao, movement and meditation to release and clear. Into a creative practice to call upon your intentions. Skye will then guide you through a yin nidra practice, focusing on the liver and gallbladder meridians to detoxify, and release winter tensions. This will be followed by a relaxing sound bath to integrate the day. Saturday 29th March 11:30am - 2:30pm £45
